Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (address and carrier information)
  • Any special packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label and ship via the recommended carrier.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
